SHIPPING & BILLING: INTERNATIONAL
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries all around the world. 
 What is your international return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact us at: info@katanafashion.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
What is the time frame to ship an international order?
International Orders will leave our warehouse within 7-14 business days of order confirmation. Transit time varies based on the destination country.
How much duty/tax will I have to pay for international shipping?
Duties and Taxes are determined by the recipient’s country of Import.
What is the cost to ship internationally?
Shipping to U.S. is FREE 
Standard Shipping to Canada and to other countries is $25. Any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country’s customs authority are not included and are due upon delivery.

When will I receive my order?
Free ground shipping: Order will arrive 4-5 business days from order date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free Ground Service via UPS is offered on all orders shipped within the United States!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are processed within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) of receipt of the item at our warehouse, at which time your credit card will be refunded. It could take up to 15 days for a refund to reflect on your credit card.
What if I received a damaged item?

as soon as you receive your item.
Can final sale items be returned?
Items purchased on final sale may not be returned.
How do I return an item?
To return your order, contact customer service at info@katanafashion.com to request a return instructions. Please be sure to include your order name, number, and the items you will be returning. Please include your packing slip with your returned item, this will help expedite your return process.
What is your return policy?
RETURNS & REFUNDS RETURN POLICY 
You can send the item back and get a full product refund. The delivery cost cannot be refunded. Its reccomnded to send item back by post to the address:

Please note: With the exception of faulty goods, if you return your purchase after the 28 day period we reserve the right to not offer you a refund in full. We will instead return your original purchase to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the delivery fee that is applicable to the product purchased and the location to which your returns will be delivered.
We only accept returns for items purchased from www.katanaboutique.com
All items are shipped from U.S., Florida and may be the subject of customs duties when received outside US.
