Your order will be processed and then arrive in 2 - 9 business days from order date if it is in warehouse. Our headquarters are located in U.S., Florida and items shipped from our studio may be the subject of customs duties when received outside US.

Sometimes outsourced brands will ship the item straight from their studio in Greece, Germany, London or anywhere in the world their studio is located, so don't be surprised if You receive the package from outside U.S.!
What is the time frame to ship an international order?
We have the same Shipping Policy on International orders as for domestic.
What is the time frame to ship an domestic U.S. order if the item goes out of stock?
If we are restocking it at the time of Your order, it will be shipped in 6-9 days.

What is the cost to ship to Canada?
Standard Shipping to Canada is $9.99. Any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country’s customs authority are not included and are due upon delivery.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your domestic or international online purchase, please contact us at: email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns or exchanges should be shipped. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
If the item is sold out during Your checkout?
Shipping time for particular items vary when we restock it during 2-7 days if it is currently out of stock. You can still purchase when we are restocking our inventory. International delivery transit time varies based on the destination country and wether the item has to be delivered which is usually 7-14 business days.
Pre-orders are orders for items, which are being re-stocked ore are sold out and being re-ordered. You have the advantage to reserve your size and style of the item even if it is not yet in stock by Pre-Ordering, this why reserving your item in timely manner, so it ships to you right after we receive it in our warehouse. By pre-ordering, you are making sure that no one can snatch it from you or it would not sell out when it arrives to store.
ORDER MAY BE SPLIT IN FEW PACKAGES
We strive to ship items as fast as possible and in order to do so we may ship your order in several packages. As well as orders can be shipped straight from studios of our outsourced designers, who fulfill the orders for our store so in this case different packages can come separately at different times even it was one order. Do not worry, shipping across U.S. is completely on us!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are processed within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) of our receipt of the item back at our warehouse, at which time your credit card will be refunded. It could take up to 15 days for a refund to reflect on your credit card.

KATANA BOUTIQUE accepts returns of any unworn, unwashed, & undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 14 days of delivery date!
KATANA BOUTIQUE does not accept returns for earrings or merchandise marked as Final Sale.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt back & can only be issued to your original method of payment.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Place a new order online at your convenience, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist you.
You can send the item back and get a full product refund if the item is faulty within 14 days. The delivery cost cannot be refunded. Please contact our customer service immediately for return instructions: email@example.com
Please note: With the exception of faulty goods, if you return your purchase after the 30 day period we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We will instead return your original purchase back to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the restocking fee that is applicable to the product purchased and the location to which your returns will be delivered.
